| Usage Notes |
| The sign for "ASL Signbank" was derived from a conversation with one of the Signbank actors, Conrad Baer, during filming for ASL Signbank. Julie and Conrad remarked on how previous signs were more "verb-y". Conrad played around with producing "articulate-sign" and a depicting form of "list" and got to a reduced form like Julie produces here. It's a happy accident that it also resembles the letters "s" and "b". This sign was not intentionally initialized! - JAH |
